I bring more than 35 years of administrative experience across telecommunications, electrical engineering, retail and defence systems. That background has shaped a working style built on structure, discipline, accuracy and dependable follow-through.
I've also spent many years managing the day-to-day administration of a busy, client-focused business environment, where success depended on keeping multiple moving parts under control. From invoicing and client records to scheduling, communication, documentation and the many small details that keep a business running smoothly, I understand how much pressure sits behind the scenes.
My approach is professional, organised and discreet, but also personal. I take the time to understand how each client works, what matters most to them, and where consistent support can make the greatest difference.
However, technology can only take you so far. AI can draft a document, but it can't chase an outstanding invoice, notice when a document is out of date, or know which board member still needs to sign. That remains a person's job.
